A few notes from last Thursday's presentation on SQL Server Mirroring

In all of my excitement during the presentation I forgot to mention that the presentation pertained to SQL Server 2005 Developer and Enterprise Edition.  Setting up a mirror environment that does not ultize one of these two version of SQL Server does not allow you to select High Performance mode.  Also as one of our members pointed out to Ron, and later to me, you cannot take a snapshot of a database using Standard Edition. ( http://www.microsoft.com/Sqlserver/2005/en/us/compare-features.aspx) Well I hope everyone enjoyed the presentation, and if you have any questions about the presentation let me know. Thank you,Steve Fibich
